2021 Quarterly Clinician Forum

‍The Clinician Forum: Building clinical culture by connecting Humana's clinicians, highlighting the diverse clinical expertise, and sharing best practices around inter-professional collaboration within Humana and the broader healthcare industry.

This forum will focus on Value-Based Care and delivering improved health and quality of care through a team-based approach. Dr. Will Shrank will moderate a panel consisting of four Humana clinicians who will discuss a member’s journey through a connected (value-based system) and the impact of this proactive inter-professional collaboration on member experience and outcomes.

As part of this forum, we will also announce the new Clinician SPIRIT Award – to recognize the distinguished achievements and collaboration across Humana’s clinical disciplines. The award will be presented annually to a group of inter-professional clinicians (physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and social services professionals) who demonstrate driving improved member experience and outcomes.
